1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how FemLed.AI ("FemLed," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our AI-powered relationship coaching service. By using FemLed, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

2. Our Privacy-First Architecture

FemLed is built with privacy as a core principle. Unlike traditional SaaS platforms where all customer data resides in a shared database, FemLed provisions and operates completely isolated cloud infrastructure for each couple.

This means:

  • Your data never commingles with other couples' data
  • Your conversations, videos, and personal information live in dedicated, isolated infrastructure
  • FemLed employees cannot access your data without explicit, auditable authorization
  • All infrastructure access is logged and can be audited via Google's Cloud Audit Logs

3. Information We Collect

With your explicit consent, FemLed collects and processes the following types of information:

Communication Data:

  • Text messages and conversations between partners
  • Conversations with AI coaches
  • Calendar events and scheduling information

Home Video & Audio Data:

  • Recordings from video cameras
  • Audio from video cameras

Network Activity Data:

  • Web browsing history
  • Home network device connectivity

Health & Fitness Data:

  • Workout & exercise data from Apple Health
  • Sleep patterns and biometric data
  • Heart rate and activity metrics

Technical Data:

  • Device identifiers and IP addresses
  • Browser type and operating system
  • Approximate geographic location

All data collection requires explicit opt-in consent from both partners. You can disable monitoring features at any time.

4. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to provide personalized AI coaching for your relationship. Specifically, we use your data to:

  • Analyze communication patterns and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide personalized daily guidance and action plans
  • Monitor compliance with mutually-agreed behavioral commitments
  • Generate insights about decision-making, attentiveness, and relationship dynamics
  • Detect behavioral patterns that may benefit from intervention

We do NOT:

  • Use your data to train AI models for other customers
  • Share your data with other couples or across our customer base
  • Sell your data to advertisers or third parties
  • Use your data for marketing, analytics, or research purposes
  • Access your data for debugging or support without explicit written authorization

5. Data Storage & Security

FemLed stores your data in isolated cloud infrastructure with enterprise-grade security controls:

  • Encryption: All data encrypted in-transit (TLS 1.3) and at-rest
  • Isolation: Your data is stored in dedicated infrastructure separate from other couples
  • Access Controls: Multi-factor authentication required for all access
  • Monitoring: Continuous security monitoring and intrusion detection
  • Backups: Automated backups with encryption

6. Data Retention

During your subscription: All data is retained to enable AI coaching functionality and historical analysis.

Upon subscription termination: Your dedicated infrastructure and all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days. This includes:

  • All conversation history
  • Video and audio recordings
  • Health and fitness data
  • Browsing activity logs
  • Calendar information
  • AI-generated analysis and recommendations

Deletion is performed in accordance with Google Cloud's SOC 2 and Cloudflare's SOC 2 data destruction procedures. FemLed can provide written attestation of deletion upon request.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

FemLed uses the following third-party services to provide our coaching platform:

  • Google Cloud Platform: Infrastructure hosting, database storage, and AI processing
  • Cloudflare: Content delivery, DDoS protection, and video storage
  • Apple: Health data synchronization, Apple Messages access, and push notifications

All third-party services process data within your isolated infrastructure. FemLed does not share your data across service providers.

8. Data Sharing & Disclosure

FemLed does not sell, rent, or share your personal information except in the following limited circumstances:

  • With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share specific information
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government regulation
  • Security & Safety: To protect the rights, property, or safety of FemLed, our customers, or others

9. Your Privacy Rights

As a FemLed customer, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Confidentiality: Your data is stored in isolated infrastructure that FemLed employees cannot access
  • Right to Audit: Request access logs to verify infrastructure access patterns
  • Right to Deletion: Terminate your subscription to permanently delete all data
  • Right to Deletion Attestation: Request written confirmation of data deletion

Data Portability: FemLed does not provide data export or portability features. You are subscribing to a managed service, not purchasing ownership of the underlying infrastructure. Upon termination, all data is permanently deleted.

10. Data Security & Compliance

FemLed leverages enterprise-grade security and compliance through our infrastructure partners:

Security Controls:

  • End-to-end encryption for all data transmission
  • Encrypted data storage with cryptographic key management
  • Multi-factor authentication for all access
  • Continuous security monitoring and threat detection
  • Regular security audits and penetration testing

Compliance Certifications:

  • Google Cloud SOC 2 Type II - Security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy
  • Cloudflare SOC 2 Type II - Security, confidentiality, and availability
  • GDPR compliance for EU data protection requirements
  • HIPAA-eligible infrastructure for health data

11. Cookies & Tracking

FemLed uses cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Maintain your login session
  • Remember your preferences
  • Analyze website usage patterns
  • Improve service performance

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some functionality.

12. Children's Privacy

FemLed is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete that information immediately.

13. International Data Transfers

FemLed infrastructure is hosted in the United States. If you are accessing our service from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and stored in the US. By using FemLed, you consent to this transfer.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by:

  • Email to the address associated with your account
  • In-app notification when you next log in
  • Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy

Continued use of FemLed after receiving notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
